General Rules
• Pets are not allowed.
• Unmarried Couples are not allowed.
• Free Private Parking.
• Check-In Time 01:00 PM - Check-Out Time 11:00 AM.
• We have room upgrade facility at extra cost on availability.
• All Cards are accepted like Visa, Maestro, MasterCard and American Express.
• If any damages to the property, there may be charges of the damage in room amenities.
• If no of persons are more than the booked persons then extra persons will be charged.
• Any damage to property may be resulted in monetary penalty, also room can be checked out.
• Alcoholic drinks are strictly prohibited in Hotel premises. Fine will be applicable according to Government
Rules.
• If you cancel your booking, we do not revert your earned Referrer Amount and Promo code.
• As per government rules we can allow persons to stay above the age of 18 years.
• Please do not leave precious luggage in the room alone. else we are not liable in case of any lost.
• If you make booking and cancel again and again then your account will be deactivated and no wallet amount
can be claimed.
Definitions of Free Services
• Free Wi-Fi - 24 Hours Wi-Fi is available anywhere in the property.
• Free News Papers - Local news paper will be distributed every day
Valid Id Proofs
• Driving License
• Aadhar Card
• Election Card
• Passport
• For international Guest, Visa and Passport.
Note:
• Only Original Copy of the ID will be accepted at the hotel.
• Local ID proofs & Pan cards are not accepted.
• Rights of room administrator we will give or not. If you are suspicious we will not give you room.
Cancellation Policy
• 50 % Refund if cancellation is done before 72 hours of CHECK-IN TIME. 50% deduction is transaction
charges.
• No Refund will be provided if cancellation is done within 72 hours of CHECK-IN TIME.
• No Refund will be given if you did not stay at our hotel (NO-SHOW).
• If your Payment mode is PAY AT HOTEL then you have to report to the hotel before 14:00 IST, after that your
booking will automatically be cancelled.
• If we found your booking suspicious and technical issue then Hotel can cancel the booking.
Government Tax and Hotel Chargeback System
• Government GST Tax applicable as follows:
1. Tariff Amount upto INR 7500 is 12%
2. Above Tariff Amount of INR 7501 is 18%
• Government Food Tax Amount is 5%.
• If any damages to the property, there may be charges of the damage in room amenities.
• If no of persons are more than the booked persons then extra persons will be charged.
• We rent rooms only, we are not liable to provide additional services as per your expectations.
• If you do not like room and services, then you can check-out after paying used services payment.
• Before Check-in please check rooms properly, after check-out please do not publish bad reviews online, else
we can take legal action against you.
• Amenities provided by Hotel like Bed Sheets, Duvet, Towel, Sleepers, Mat, etc. are property of Hotel, which
have to be deposited while checking out. In-case of lost we will charge.
• Drinking is strictly prohibited in Hotel premises. Fine will be applicable according to Government
Rules.
• Any damage to property may be resulted in monetary penalty, also room can be checked out.
• Many travel agents do false commitment to guests, but we are not liable to provide all the committed
serviced by agents. Please confirm these before Check-in.
• All disputes are subject to Patna Jurisdiction only.
